Benidorm Holiday Resort Information

Benidorm is one of the main tourist destinations and holiday resorts on the Costa Blanca and has carried this title for many years. The resort of Benidorm has hundreds of leisure facilities and miles of sandy beaches to keep holiday makers of all kinds thoroughly amused from day until the early hours of the morning.

Every year thousands of sun seekers head to Benidorm on holiday and it is probably one of the most popular holiday resorts in Alicante, if not the whole of Spain, especially with the Brits.

Benidorm itself is located in the province of Alicante and is a short drive from Alicante Airport with hundreds of hotels and holiday homes available all the year round. The micro climate in this area of the Costa Blanca means that it enjoys more sunshine than many other parts of the country.

For those holiday makers that enjoy the lively nightlife and clubs then Benidorm is the ideal choice. You will find lots of bars, cafés and night clubs that continue through to the early hours of the morning.

Benidorm was one of the original package holiday resorts on the Costa Blanca and while it is fair to say it is slightly more built up than some of its neighboring resorts, it is still hugely popular with people of all ages.

Benidorm also has some amazing beaches including the famous Playa Levante (Levante Beach). All have great facilities and many restaurants to enjoy a beautiful lunch.

This museum is the principle art gallery for Benidorm all displayed on the ‘casa’, which itself is a 19th century historical building.
